That I felt guilty seemed weird to me most of the time. So thanks for posting this - cuz now I don't feel so guilty anymore.Feliciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09017194727231120284noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5093171013716050318.post-1485276396440443392011-02-14T17:31:54.871-05:002011-02-14T17:31:54.871-05:00Wow! I think that women who don't act all happy and embracing their illnesses are perceived badly by society. It infuriates me when some well-meaning idiot tells people with breast cancer to think positively and that breast cancer is the best cancer to get. I was told this so many times.

And let's not forget men stricken by breast cancer. They have few support outlets.Beth L. I ...Anna, Thank you for sharing these other voices. I applaud these women for taking a stand. I don't mind the "pink stuff." I just want MORE. When the "pink stuff" gets in the way of MORE, than I DO NOT like it and it seems that is what's happening of late. "Money talks" as they say, that's why I'm trying to encourage people to ask where their donated dollars are going in my post today on this same topic. It is time to change the conversation, move beyond the "pink stuff," demand more research and get more done on the goal of eradicating breast cancer.nancyspointhttp://www.nancyspoint.comnoreply@blogger.com
